The team at All About Air, Christine, Josh & Chris, did a fantastic job from start to finish. Christine was patient working with me on the terms of the HVAC system and also took the time to figure out the right system for our home. The field team, Josh & Chris, did a great job from the initial visit and the follow up visits after the system was installed to dial in it's functions. Josh met with the city inspector for the permit answering all the questions and meeting the city's requirements.Christine would schedule the appointments and Josh & Chris consistently arrived on time. They cared about my needs and made the process easy.I'm glad to be part of the Just about Air family and look forward to working with them in the future. Spoke with Christine about my Air conditioning issue, She was polite and knowledgeable. She called back within 15 minutes and scheduled a crew on very short notice. 2 technicians arrived on time and worked well as a team, testing motor, and capacitor. Had parts on their truck, fixed and verified working properly.

Last night, I was kept awake by my attic fan running continuously, initially worrying it was a problem with my HVAC system. When I called All About Air, Christine was a lifeline. She patiently listened and asked for photos of the fan, reassuring me it wasn't HVAC-related. She sent Josh and Chris; they arrived embodying professionalism and kindness. They not only fixed the issue promptly but also took the time to explain everything in detail. Their genuine care and expertise were truly comforting. It's wonderful to support a company that not only excels in its work but also gives back to the community. Thanks to them, my family and I can finally sleep peacefully tonight. I’ve always enjoyed working with Christine with All about Air. I’ve had an issue with my AC for the past four years with companies claiming it’s low on Freon and this year I didn’t want to go through the same thing. I contacted All about Air and the guys came out and used a special tool to detect any leaks which they found in the coil within a half hour. They’re are competitive with prices and have excellent customer service! They’re on time and called me 30 minutes in advance. I highly recommend them!

I used them last year when my AC unit stopped working, They came out the same day and fixed it. Very professional and friendly. I took there advise and tooning up my AC every year before summer. They just came out and tooned it.

Josh came on time. He spent about 1/2 hour scoping out my situation and then installed 1 baffle in my crawl space in order to channel more heat or air from the 2 small bathrooms to my bedroom. I have not had enough time with this new system to judge whether the baffle thing is going work as designed. However, Josh is a very nice young man.

We have done business with All About Air in the past to include several service calls and a full A/C installation. Owners Jason and Christine helped us pick the perfect unit, navigate the permit process and schedule installation. Josh and Christopher completed the installation efficiently and were very helpful in explaining the units capabilities and operation. They clearly enjoy what they do. As a result of these experiences, I contacted them to help my mother who was having problems with her heater. Christopher responded to the service call, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had her up and running in no time. We highly recommend All About Air.

I've used All About Air twice for two separate homes, both with wall furnaces. Christopher was on time, thorough, and a great communicator. One furnace was fine and just needed a tune-up, and the other furnace was at the end of its life. In both cases, Christopher was able to expertly assess the condition, and he came up with excellent solutions on the spot. I highly recommend All About Air!

Air conditioner broke just before a heat wave! All About Air was able to send a technician out within a very short period of time. He was on time, very professional, and figure out the problem quickly. Headed to the supplier and got us a replacement part installed within 2 hrs! Excellent service for the price, great value!

This family owned company provides excellent service and install. Their installers are top rated and knowledgeable. The AC product they provide is great and works with limited noise. Their costs for install and AC products were the Best on the market after I had six estimates. The office staff was great and provided any information I needed. We purchased two AC units for our home.
