Just a quick note to say thank you for the services you have provided. The first time I contacted your company, I had smelled gas in my garage and Jason was there almost immediately to check out my furnace and made some adjustments that rectified the problem. My second encounter with your company occurred about a month ago when he and his partner came by to check out my complete HVAC system. Jason noted that the furnace was in reasonable good shape but that there was one issue he felt needed attention at sometime in the future - something about a "roll out" flame. Rather than try to sell me a new furnace, he reassured me it was not a safety issue but he would come by to check it again in a few months. It is such a pleasure to deal with a company that provides service of this caliber and isn't focused on charging as much as possible.
